Although most of us think that games are only for entertainment and fun, but there are many things which can be learnt by playing games. Children, who are involved in different types of games and activities, are more developed mentally and physically than the children, who are not into playing. Following are the benefits of games, which helps a child to grow into healthy and successful human being.

• Games, both indoor and outdoor, help the children to grow. Outdoor games are more useful to build up the body strength and stamina, whereas the indoor games are helpful in the development of the brain.
